Never Enough Book, by Andrew Wilkinson

I recently read Never Enough by Andrew Wilkinson. It's an autobiography with suprisingly honest and vulnerable personal stories. While it dives into his work, it’s not a business book. 🌱 Wilkinson reflects on what it means to live with intention, uncovering the hidden costs of constantly chasing “more.” It got me thinking about what “enough” truly means. What does “enough” mean to you? Do you ever feel that urge for something new, even after simplifying?

Here are some insights from the book:

1. "Mimetic Desire" (We often desire what our peers have, not necessarily what aligns with our own values or needs)

2. "Anti-Goals" exercise (Instead of only setting goals for what we want, defining what we don’t want in life or work can help focus on what matters)

3. Joy in the journey, not just the destination

4. Defining enough (Shifting focus from external achievements to internal contentment)

5. Living with intentionality (Being mindful of what truly adds value to our lives)

It's a great read, I recommend reading it, especially if you enjoy reading autobiographies / memoirs.
